Developer is sought to build cold-storage facility on Portland waterfront

The Portland Press Herald (staff writer Tom Bell) has released an article announcing the Maine Port Authority's intention to seek out a developer to build a cold storage facilitly on the Portland waterfront. Cold storage space is in particularly high demand given the region's robust food and beverage business cluster and it will allow Maine businesses to more easily reach a broader market of customers.
